Masalliqlar(kishi uchun): 
-2ta tuxum 
-2stakan sut 
-1stakan un(8-9osh-q) 
-1/4osh-q o’simlik yog’i 
-0.5 choy-q ichimlik sodasi 
-tuz(0.5choy-q) 

Tayyorlash: 
Tuxum+ichimlik sodasi+tuzni yaxshilab aralashtirib, so’ng sut solib yana aralashtiramiz. 
                                                                                                
Unni avval 3osh-q solib, aralshtirib, so’ng yana 3osh-q solib yana aralashtiramiz. So’ngra yana 3osh-q unni solamiz(agar 2soatdan ko’p vaqtda blinchiklarni qilmoqchi bo’lsangiz, 2osh-q solganingiz maqul, chunki hamir vaqt o’tishi bilan oshadi. Uzoq vaqtga usti yopilgan holda sovutgichga qo’yilishi lozim), keyin yog’ni ham solib aralashtiramiz.

Hamirning ostki qismi qizargach, pishmagan tomonini pastga qilib ag’daramiz. 
                                                                                                 
Pishgan blinchiklarni olib(shu vaqt tova ostidagi olovni balandlatib qo’yamiz) , laganga solib, ustini kattaroq kenglikdagi narsa bilan yopib qo’yamiz). Suyuq hamirimizdan olib, tova olovini psaytirib, hamirni tovaga solamiz va yuqoridagi jarayonni yana takrorlaymiz. Har gal blinchik pishganda tovadan olayotib, tova olovini balandlatamiz va har gal pishgan blinchiklar ustini tezda qopqoq bilan yopib qo’yamiz.
