Duxovkada tovuq dimlash

 

Masalliqlar(3kishi uchun)

-3-4bo’lak tovuq

-1dona piyoz

-2dona kartoshka

-1dona pamildori

-sabzavotlar(sabzi,bolgarskiy,baqlajon va hkz)

-4bo’lak sarimsoq

-tuz, ziravorlar

-qovurish uchun o’simlik yog’i

 

Tayyorlash:

Piyozni past olovda qizartirib, so’ng tovuqni solib qovuramiz.

                                                                           

Go’sht oqarganda po’sti archilib maydalangan pamildorini solamiz

va 1-2 daqiqa qovuramiz.

                                                                           

                                                                           

Chuqurroq patnisga avval kartoshkalarni, so’ng sabzavotlar va

ziravor, tuzlarni solamiz.

                                                                            

                                                                         

Ustidan qovurilgan tovuqni solib, folga ’oz bn o’rab, 250Cga 30daqiqaga

duxovkaga qo’yamiz. 30daqiqadan so’ng issiqlikni 200Cga tushirib, yana 30

daqiqa pishiramiz.
