Tayyorlash:

Piyozni maydaroq tograb, dimlaydigan olovdan biroz yuqori olovda
qizitilgan yoqqa solamiz va shu xolda 5daqiqa davomida qizartiramiz.
Songra goshtni solamiz.
                                                                                                         
Gosht oqargach sarimsoqni solib, 15soniyacha qovuramiz va
ketidan kartoshka va tomatni solib,aralashtiramiz. 1daqiqaga yaqin qovuramiz.
                                                                                                   
Sovuq suv quyamiz(1.5litr va undan koproq) va ketidan moshni solamiz,
olovni biroz balandlatamiz.
                                                                                                              
Shorvani taxminan 30daqiqa, to hamma moshimiz ochilguncha qaynatamiz.
 Bir kovlab korganda hamma mosh ochilgan bolsa, guruchni solamiz. 
 Birozdan song tuz solib, aralashtiramiz va olovni ortacha darajaga kotaramiz.
Tez-tez moshavani kovlab turamiz, tagi olmasligi uchun.
                                                                                                                       
Moshava biroz suyuqroq bolganda olovni ochiramiz.

Moshava issiqligida tovaga suzamiz, shunda ung yuza qismi bir tekis boladi.

                                                                                                                       

Piyozli qovurma:

Mayda togralgan piyozni past olovda biroz qizartirib olib, unga 1choy-q tomat
qoshib, yana 8-10soniya qovurib olamiz.
                                                                                                                        

Moshavaning yuziga shu qovurmadan quyamiz.

 

Maslahatlar:

1.Piyoz dogi(qovurlishi) ovqatga eng asosiy maza beradigan narsadir, shu sababli u kuysa ovqat taxir chiqishi mumkin. Shuning uchun ham barcha piyoz qovuriladigan ovqatlarda piyozni past olovda uzoqroq bolsa ham qovuriladi, shunda taomingiz mazali chiqadi

2.Ovqatga suv solib, u qaynab chiqquncha etiborda boling, agar suvi qattiq qaynab ketsa taomingizning tamini buzishi mumkin.

3.Qovurmaga albatta sovuq suv va darxol moshni soling, aks holda issiq suvda moshingiz yaxshi ochilmasligi mumkin.

4.Moshavaga tuzni guruch solganda solganingiz maqul, chunki tuzni vaqtli solishdan mosh yaxshi ochilmay qolishi mumkin.

5.Mosh ochilgandan song guruch solganda, uni tek qoying, 5-6 daqiqadan keyin aralashtiring, shunda guruchingiz yaxshi pishadi.

5.Moshavada yog yetarli bolsa, mazasi ham yaxshi chiqadi, yogni ayab otirmang.

6.Har qanday sarimsoq solinadigan taomlarda, sarimsoqni taom issiqligida yoki qovurishda yolgiz ozini solib, biroz qovurilsa, ajoib maza beradi.
