-0.5stakan issiq suv
-hamir yuzasiga surish uchun margarin(yoki saryog')
Nachinka uchun:
-0.5kg qiyma(yoki mayda to'g'ralgan go'sht)
-2dona piyoz
-1choy-q zira
Zalivka uchun:
-2osh-q qatiq
-1dona tuxum
-1chimdim soda
-1osh-q saryog'
  
 
Tayyorlash:
Qatiq+tuxum+sodani aralashtirib olamiz.
                                                                                                                
Go'shtni piyoz bilan biroz qovurib olamiz va suvini ajratamiz.
                                                                                                                  
Stolga kraxmal sepib(hamir shunda yopishmaydi) hamirni eng yuqa darajada
yoyamiz, yirtilib ketishidan ehtiyot bo'ling.
                                                                                                                      
Hamirimizni eritilgan margarin surib yog'laymiz va yarmigacha go'shtli masalliqni yoyamiz.
                                                                                                                   
Hamirni go'sht ustini yopadigan qilib qayiramiz
                                                                                                                   
Rulet kabi o'raymiz(hamirni gosht qismini o'rab, qolganini kesib tashlash mumkin.
                                                                                                         
Pishiriladigan idishga aylantirib joylashtiramiz.
                                                                                                 
Ustidan go'shning suvini quyamiz.
                                                                                                          
Ketidan qatiqli aralashmani quyamiz.
                                                                                                                           
180Cda 45daqiqa atrofida pishiramiz.                                        
Ustini folga qog'oz bilan yopib, yana pishirgichga 15daqiqaga qo'yamiz.
                                                                                                                       
Pishirgichdan olgach, ustiga laganni qo'yamiz va teskarisiga ag'daramiz,
idishni olib, borekni ustki qismini ostka qaratamiz.
