Egg puff-Hindiston taomi

Hamirlarni 10x5(10x6,7)sm uzunlikda kesib olamiz. Tuxumni uzunasiga ikkiga bo'lamiz.
                                                                                                                             
Tuxumni teskari qilib hamirga nisbatan dioganaliga qo'yamiz,ustidan biroz tuz
va ziravorlarni sepamiz.
                                                                                                           
Ikkala qarama-qarshi tomonini yopishtirib, yuziga tuxum sarig'ini surib,
keyin kunjut sepib, 180Cda qizigan pishirgichga 25-30daqiqaga qo'yamiz.
                                                                                                            
Pishib sovugach, dasturxonga tortamiz.
 
Maslahatlar:
Qatlamali hamir qanchalik sovuq bo'lsa, shunchalik pishganda yumshoq va qavat-qavat bo'ladi.
