Zraza taomi ajoib qiymali koptokchalardan iborat bolib, tami ajoib va shorvasi har qanday garnirni mazali qiladi.

 

Masalliqlar: 4 kishi uchun

-200gr qiyma

-1 bolak toster non(yoki 1/4 novvoy non yoki 1bolak buxonkanon yoki 0.5stakan non uvog'i)

-1dona ortacha piyoz

-0.5ta xom tuxum,1ta pishgan tuxum

-0.5litr pomidor soki

-1 chomich yog

-2 osh-qoshiq un

-1 bolak sarimsoq

-1 choy-qoshiq shaker

- 1chimdimdan ziravorlar(zira, kashnich)

-kokat

 

Tayyorlash:

1.       Nachinka uchun: suvda pishgan tuxumni yarmini 6ta qismga bolamiz.
 Sarimsoqni maydalab tograb olamiz  va kokatni 0.5sm qilib tograymiz.        
                                                                                                                         
2.       Nonni suvda ivitib olamiz. Toster non qolda ham maydalanib ketadi,
novvoy non yoki buxonka nonni blender yoki myasorubkada chiqarish lozim.
3.       Qiymaga ivitib maydalangan non+qirgichdan otkazilgan piyoz+
0.5ta xom tuxum+2chimdim tuz(tabga kora)+ziravorlar solib
aralashtiramiz  va biroz huddi hamirni kaft bilan mushtlagandek mushtlab
qiyma masalligini qattiqlashtiramiz. 
                                                                                                                           
4.       Qiyma masalligini 3 qismga bolib, komptok shakliga keltirib olamiz.            
                                                                                                                           
 Taxtakachga koptokni qoyib,ortasiga nachinkadan 2ta tuxum+
1chimdim sarimsoq+biroz kokat solamiz va chetlarini bukib-bukib,
sekin nachinkani qiyma bilan orab, yana koptok shakliga keltiramiz.
(buni kaftga qo'yib qilinsa osonroq bo'ladi )                                                       
                                                                                                                            
                                                                                                                          
                                                                                                                           
5.       Yogni qizitishga qoyib, koptokni bittadan avval unga bulgab,
keyin 0.5ta tuxumga bulgab 2ta tomonini ham qovuramiz.  
                                                                                                                          
6.       Qapqoqli qozonga pomildori sokini solib, qaynab chiqqach
1 choy-qoshiq shakar  va 0.5 piyola suv solib, qaynagandan
song qovurilgan koptoklarni solib, 20minga dimlaymiz.                                        $IMAGE10$

7.       Biror garnirning ortasiga koptokni qoyib, ustidan 0.5 chomich koptokchalar qaynagan tomatni quyib, dasturxonga tortamiz.

Maslahatlar:

1.Qiyma aralashmasini uning ichiga solinadigan narsalar tayyor bolgandagina tayyorlash lozim, sababi qiyma goshti tarkibidagi narsalar hisobiga yumshoq bolib qolishi mumkin va natijada koptokchalar qattiq chiqmaydi.

2. Koptoklarni unga va tuxumga bulgagandan song keyingisini qilishdan avval qolingizni yuvib tashlang, aksholda qolga yopishib qolishi mumkin.

3.Qovurishda solingan yog qiymani bel qismidan yuqorirogigacha komib tursa, koptoklar dumaloq chiqadi.
